New Student Registration
Welcome to the
Pascagoula-Gautier School District!
We're excited to welcome our students for the 2026-2027 school year! Please review the following registration information carefully.
Step 1 – Attendance Zone Information
Visit PGSD SchoolSite Locator to identify your home school attendance zone by the student’s home address.
Step 2 – Verify with the Home School
Call the school registrar to receive an ActiveCode for your child for online registration.
Step 3 – Online Registration
- 1. Visit PGSD's ActiveParent Portal AND login in or create an account using parent/guardian information.
- 2. Click top left box with plus sign for online registration.
- 3. Select: Have a code to enter? Click here.
- 4. Enter your child’s 12 digit ActiveCode.
- 5. Redeem Code. This code will tie your child to your account.
- 6. Find your child in the dropdown box and begin registration.
- 7. Start the registration process by following the directions as you navigate through the site. Complete all requested items.
ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
What is needed to enroll NEW students in the district?
- Certified Birth Certificate
- Mississippi Immunization Compliance Form 121
- Government Issued Photo ID
- Legal Guardianship Documents (divorce decree, court-filed guardianship, etc.) *Must be signed by a judge; notarized documents are not accepted
2 Proofs of Residency – must be two of any of the following:
- filed homestead exemption form, mortgage document or property deed
- apartment or home lease (parent/guardian's name has to be on apartment lease)
- utility bills within the last 30 days
- driver's license (cannot be expired)
- vehicle registration
