MJ Kirby brings nearly three decades of serving in the church world, dedicated to children and youth ministry and pastoral counseling.
As an Ordained Elder, she sensed a nudge into mental health, particularly in school environments. Most recently meeting students where they are — in the classroom— as an adjunct Psychology instructor. MJ has a School Counselor endorsement and is excited to step into a new role as a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor.
Give her a Coke Zero, and she’s ready to get real with PGSD students and staff about the growing mental health crisis we are facing, while offering hope and providing next steps for a brighter future.
