Pascagoula, Miss. — Veterans were honored by Pascagoula High School's Choir Department Friday, November 9th.
The Veterans Day program was held at the Performing Arts Center and featured the school choir and the PHS NJROTC. PGSD Officer Darius Wilson's speech was powerful - he spoke about his time with the Navy and how it helped guide his life after service.
The oldest veteran in attendance was a 101-year-old former Coast Guardsman. The delicious lunch was made by the College and Career Technical Institute culinary students.
