Congratulations to Pascagoula High School Principal Dr. Caterria Payton, who has been selected to be a member of the State Superintendent of Education’s Principal Advisory Council.
Members selected represent the various school types and regions of the state. The purpose of this Council is to hear directly from principals on a regular basis, regarding any issues facing them.
Members will be asked to provide feedback to the State Superintendent, Dr. Carey Wright, on initiatives of the Mississippi Department of Education (MDE) and the Mississippi State Board of Education (SBE), and members are encouraged to discuss topics critical to their school success and how MDE can assist.
